CAE takes a comprehensive approach to arts education.
Since 1996, CAE has partnered with educational and cultural institutions citywide to provide quality arts education to hundreds of thousands of students across all five boroughs of New York City; influenced major policy improvements and best practices; and developed new models for delivering effective, integrated 21st Century arts and creative learning. CAE ’s unique, comprehensive approach towards arts education equity includes school and community-based programs, professional development for educators and school leaders, and advocacy and public engagement.
